Abstract:
     A moistening device for food processing includes cottage steamer (5), one termination of humidifier body (2) is connected to air supply duct (1) by steam adaptor (101), and the other termination is connected to cottage steamer (5) by adaptor (5), inlet openings (201) are attributed on said humidifier body, and said inlet openings (201) are connected to soft duct (4) by flange (202), valve (204)， inlet pipe and gang pipes for soft water.(203). Water processor (9) in boiler for treating distilled water in boiler is connected to soft water container (7) by soft water pipe (8), and soft water container (7) is connected to humidifier body (2) by supply pipes (6) (4), and the humidifier body (2) is parallel double-channel style. It is suitable for the gelatinization and maturation of flour dough steamed nearly to maturing.
