Abstract:
     The invention relates to a sandwich-type rotary-type mixer for freezing flour dough, belonging to the field of food processing technique. It is characterized on that the cylinder is designed into sandwich-type coupled by inner cone and out-shell, add ice water into sandwich-type, a supporting axle is fixed at the bottom of the cylinder out-shell, said supporting axle is fixed closely on the mounting base and is connected to speed reduction motors through belts, capping plate is bind to mounting base, body base and form into one piece, in-take tube, out-let tube is fixed in said mounting base, and said out-let tube is extended to the out-shell of said cylinder. The construction of said invention is simple, compact and fair; the temperature of flour dough in the cylinder could be controlled and the flour dough system could be cooled homogeneously as well as a result of adding ice water to the cylinder environment of the mixer and the uniformly rotating of cylinder, overcoming the problem of activating the yeasts in flour dough during the mixing process and the following cooling step damaging the vitality of activated yeasts, which guarantees the quality of said freezing flour dough.
