Abstract:
     An apparatus and method for producing the flour sheet is disclosed. Said apparatus is composed of electric motor, machine frame, the distributing, heating and conveying unit with conveying belt, steam chamber in heating case, cutting knife assemblage and distributing assemblage, the cooling-conveying unit, and the reciprocating flour sheets collecting unit. Said flour sheet is made up of starch paste, flour washing slurry, rice flour paste and wheat paste.
