Abstract:
     The bread producing square cabin is one hexahedral cabin comprising six cabin plates. It features the front cabin plate with hoisting frame for assembling and disassembling, the bottom cabin plate with slide track for assembling and disassembling, one side cabin plate separated into two, one upper and one lower, parts hinged and locked to the cabin, cabin body with inside foldable tent skeleton and tarp to cover the operation space, the bread producing line set inside the cabin and including dough kneading machine, cutting machine, forming machine, integral leavening and roasting apparatus, the power generator, and air conditioner and cooling water tank set in the front part of the cabin. The present invention may be used in producing bread after opening one cabin plate, and may be hoisted and mounted on lift truck.
