Abstract:
     A method for cutting off the flour-meat sausage and shrinking the ends of a sausage segment includes such steps as heating the flour-meat sausage, delivering to cutting machine while cooling to 50-80 deg, delivering into a barrel between two cutters, and closing two blades of each cutter not completely to cut the sausage but not separate the sausage segments from each other, or closing them completely to cut the sausage and separate the sausage segments from each other. Said cutting machine is composed of driver unit and cutting unit.
