Abstract:
    A kind of axiliary maker of hand-made noodles. It includes a noodle forming machine and a noodle winding machine; between the piston (4) of the driving cylinder (2) and the (5) of the forming (3) a propeller shaft (6) is equipped on the noodle forming machine. The one end of the forming cylinder (3) is equipped with a forming basin (7); the noodle winding machine is located on one side of the noodle forming machine; the noodle winding stick (8) on the noodle winding machine is located under the noodle forming pipe (29); both ends of the noodle winding stick (8) is dismountably connected on the noodle stick mounting frame (26) and the lower part of the noodle winding stick (8) is equipped with a screw rod (10). The screw rod (10) is equipped with a sleeve (11) with inner screw, on which a noodle guiding rod (12) is fixed, the end of the noodle guiding rod (12) is equipped with a noodle guiding slot (13). The utility model replaces the most complicated and most skill-needed process in the manual noodle manufacturing process with the machine, therefore, it greatly saves the labour force and increases the production efficiency and enables the produced noodle has true fibre shape and good quality.
