    An apparatus and its method for preparing the moulding food are disclosed. Said apparatus is composed of a die pressing mechanism with upper and lower dies, a rotating unit for driving the rotary axle of the upper and/or lower dies to rotate, and the first movement mechanism for making the upper die to move toward the lower die or to separate from the lower die.
