Abstract:
    A method and machine for calendering dough sheet and the resultant dough sheet and its food are disclosed. Said method includes such steps as calendering the strip dough by a pair of rollers for longitudinally extending it, cyclically folding the extended dough sheet by a predefined angle to obtain folded dough sheet, and calendering it by another pair of rollers for transversely extending it.
