It adopts that body mounted on the pedestal, gear box connected to the body, coupling fixed to the clutch, and agitator head fixed to the lower end of the rotating shaft. And features are that the sandwich-type cylinder consists of inner layer and external layer of cylinder to be connected; inner layer of cylinder and the inner of cylinder external layer enter ice water; inlet valve and water-outlet valve are respectively installed on the water intake tube and discharging tube. The utility model has simple structure, compact structure, rational ; owing to entering ice water around the cylinder of agitator, it makes dough system temperature in the cylinder obtain good control; it sloves freezing dough to create damage in the manufacturing process which freezing gives the activated zymic vigor; even it affects a key problem that dough exerts the capability after thawing; it takes the good action of cooling and controlling the temperature; so it assures the quality of freezing dough. | |||
