Abstract:
     The sandwiched frozen dough stirring machine for mixing and stirring of frozen dough belongs to the field of food processing technology. It has frame mounted on the pedestal, gear box connected to the frame, shaft coupling fixed to the clutch, and stirring head fixed to the lower end of the rotating shaft, and features the sandwiched cylinder with icy water introduced into the sandwich between the outer layer and the inner layer via water pipeline with water inlet, water inlet valve, was outlet and water outlet valve. Introducing icy water into the sandwich can control the temperature of the dough inside the cylinder well to avoid the damage of the activated yeast during producing frozen dough and to ensure the quality of frozen dough.
