Abstract:
    The utility model provides a chaos single screw rod extrusion device, comprising a machine barrel, a screw, a driving unit, a chaos trigger. Said screw is installed within the machine barrel. The driving unit is connected to the feed end of screw. The chaos trigger is set on the screw in extension direction of helical flute. Said chaos trigger is continuously equipped inside of the helical flute in homogenizing section of the screw and is connected with transmission component of cam slid slot set at extruding end of the screw. The transmission component of cam slid slot respectively connects with the screw and the machine barrel. This device realizes continuous disturbance to material by the chaos trigger and has good decentralization and mixing effect. It is able to meet higher operational requirements of operating condition, and it has strong adaptability, simple processing, low manufacturing cost and better market outlook.
