Abstract:
     The hand kneading imitating formation mold consists of track plate and rotating disc. The track plate consists of C-shaped rubber track embedded into spiral support, and rotating disc consists of umbrella shaped rubber disc and driving shaft embedded into concentric circle in the support wheel. The surfaces of both the umbrella shaped rubber disc and the C-shaped rubber track have wavy grains and thread with parallel fine grains. During the kneading, proper pressure difference, surface tension and surface capillary are maintained in the dough. The mold of the present invention is suitable for also producing circular bread blank, rice glue ball and similar products.
