Abstract:
    The present invention belongs to the field of food machine construction, and is especially apparatus for producing flour sheet with starch slurry, flour washing slurry and rice powder slurry. The apparatus has box, several steaming disc racks on steaming support, electrically heating steam generator to generate steam and communicated with the steam flow chamber in the lower part of the box, and sealing door. The present invention has the advantages of integral steaming of several discs of flour sheets resulting in raised production efficiency and lowered power consumption; the temperature controller inside the box for power regulation of the electrically heating steam generator to the optimal work state; the heat insulating material between the box and the door to ensure the high utilization of steam inside the box and operation safety; and the safety valve avoid over pressure inside the box.
