Abstract:
     The present invention belongs to the field of food machine construction, and is especially apparatus for producing flour sheet with starch slurry, flour washing slurry and rice powder slurry. The apparatus has vertical frame, vertically arranged motor on one side of the upper part of the frame and with upward output shaft, flour sheet extruding formation unit on the other side and with upward input shaft for rotation via the transmission mechanism, cutter assembly below the extruding formation unit, flour sheet cutting and conveying mechanism below the cutter assembly to drive the cutter assembly for sync rotation, and material bin, integrated with or separated from the frame, over the frame and with material discharging port connecting to the material inlet of the extruding formation unit.
