Abstract:
    The present invention belongs to the field of food machine construction, and is especially apparatus for producing flour sheet with starch slurry, flour washing slurry and rice powder slurry. The apparatus has box, several steaming disc racks on steaming support, electrically heating steam generator in the lower part of the box, water tank communicated with water channel in the electrically heating steam generator with water pipeline with control valve, and sealing door. The present invention has the advantages of integral steaming of several discs of flour sheets resulting in raised production efficiency and lowered power consumption; water level monitoring in the electrically heating steam generator to avoid dry burning and damage of the apparatus; and the temperature controller inside the box for power regulation of the electrically heating steam generator to the optimal work state.
