| Provided is a method for producing baked confectionery in which a solid center such as a seed or a fatty oily or oily molded confection is wrapped and which has a soft texture. This method for producing the baked confectionery comprises putting molding dough comprising 10 to 25 wt. % of a lipid and 14 to 30 wt. % of sugar as lower dough on the dent portion of a lower mold, denting the lower molding dough into the dent portion, putting the solid center on the dent portion, putting molding dough having the same composition as the above-mentioned composition as upper dough on the solid center, pressing the lower dough and the upper dough with an upper mold from the upper side to produce the baked confectionery dough in which the solid center is wrapped, and then baking the produced baked confectionery dough. | |||
