Abstract:
     The biscuit appliqué unit for biscuit producing line includes material bin, cylindrical pressing roller, patterned roller in lower part of the pressing roller, biscuit conveying belt and idle roller for the conveying belt. The present invention features the patterned roller with notched patterns; the parallel axes of the patterned roller, the pressing roller and the idle roller; and the patterned roller located over the idle roller. During operation, the patterned roller and the pressing roller with biscuit appliqué material in between rotates in the opposite directions, and the biscuit with appliqué is held between the pattern roller and the conveying belt, with the pattern roller rotating in the linear speed the same as that of the conveying belt.
