Abstract:
     The themistor which belongs to the field of semiconductor sensor is used within temp. of 100-500 deg.C, and is made up of high reproducibility compositions of resistance value of materials selected from a series of Mg, Al, Mn, Ni, Co. oxides and uses characteristic test of heat treatment and is packaged with high temp. glass tube and is accepted ageing test on condition of high temp. and varying temp. the thermistor has characteristics as follows: good resistance value reproducibility and longterm stebility under high temp., small size, reliable structure and fast heat-responsive time etc. The thermistor is particularly suitable for space industry.
