Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a multifunctional ceramic material sensitive to heat-humidity-gas. It uses Ba (Ti1-x SnX) O2 a complex solid solution, as the main component. This porous ceramic material has three-dimensional through-hole structure. Taking advantage of the violent dependence of dielectric constant on temperature and the marked chang on resistance resulting from the absorption of water and gas on the surface of porous ceramic. It uses the technology of separation of electric parameter, temperature and frequency and realizes multifunctional detection on environmental temperature, moisture and some burnable reduced gas. It is good in sensitivity on heat, humidity and gas.
