Abstract: |
|||
| This thermistor consists of two electrodes and a temperature sensitive element with composition of RFex Co1-x O3, wherein R represents rare-earth element and X=0.5~1. Using the compount of rare-earth metal oxide, iron oxide and cobalt oxide as raw material. The temperature sensitive material may be made trough high temperature solid-phase reaction over 1200~1400 deg.C. A 1mm bead-shaped element may be formed on two 0.1 mm diameter platinum wires. It may be modled by firing after drying. Then the platinum wire fills the role of the electrode. | |||
