Abstract:
     The present invention disclores a method for manufacturing thermistor using the compositions of Er2O3 and Fe2O2 as raw material. The process thereof consists of presintering, modeling, firing and packing. The material constant of the thermistor is 12000-12500 deg.K. The relation of logR-1/T measured by the thermistor may keep the fine linearity and higher stability over the used temperature range. This thermistor may be suited for measuring and controlling in the temperature range of 500~900 deg.C.
