Abstract:
     To obtain a wide-band response with sensitivity is an unsettled problem in designation of the current-voltage conversion amplifier, especially the preamplifier which can be used as light-receiving circuit. This invention has solved substantially said problem by introducing a particular construction and arrangement for the feedback resistance in the transition impedance amplifier and the load resistance in the high impedance amplifier. The latter has high value as well as low value serial and parallel condensers. the resistor is consised of a resistance band and two condutive bands all deposited on a substrate, wherein said conductive band being stretched parallel and connected at the ends with said resistance band. The substrate is loacted at a position which has a certain distance apart from the amplifier box and circit boards to reduce interference.
