Abstract:
     This invention is a liquid rheostat which has a tank filled with electrolyte and at least two electrodes. One of the electrodes is connected to a main power, and the other to equipments connected to said main power. According to the invention, the circulating space for the electrolyte is formed between said two electrodes which is used with a driving device. Said driving device may be used to control the effective circulation of the electrolyte flow between said two electrodes. It is particularly applicable to start cage motors.
