Abstract:
     This invention presents a producing method of gold platinum containing single crystal silicon interchangeable thermistor belonging to the field of temperature sensor. Basically gold and platinum are added to the P-model single crystal silicon to make the thermistor to have minus temperature. The B valve is 3850 kB. The deviation of B is less than minus or plus 0.3%., the temperature range is -50 deg. centigrade to 100 deg. centigrade.
