Abstract:
     The present invention is a kind of preparation method of the material for making refrigerator starter PTC, it belongs to the semiconductive electronic ceramic material as an inorganic electronic function material. The present invention gets rid of the harsh demands to raw materials and technology etc. by the existing foreign patented technique,domestic raw materials of nominal purity and common technological equipments may be used, and no rare noble metals such as hafnium, ruthenium or their oxides are needed for producing PTC starter of excellent technical properties. The TC (curie temperature) of the product is equal to 120-150 deg. C , the volumetric resistivity is as low as 100 ohm -cm, its voltage resisting strength is high, temperature coeffient is large and restoring time short. The product satisfies entirely the existing japanese requirements for technical properties, the cost is low and it can be produced in a large scale and popularized for use.
