Abstract:
     The resistance adjuster includes an adjusting and indicating laser system, a Nd:YAG laser with switching system, a three dimension adjustable supporting frame with residual water removing device and relieving hole, a beam spreading and convergent system with single non-spherical convergent lens, dual optical path compensating lens and bicolor steering lens, a sample working table with heat-sink sample disk, cold light illumination and flue extractor, and a water circulation cooling system with row pipe heat exchanger; it has advantages of reasonable construction, low cost, simple operation and is suitable for resistance adjusting, chip slicing and chip electrode welding.
