Abstract:
     This invention dicloses a kind of resistance type moisture-sensitive element for measuring site humidity and its preparation method. Its characteristics reside in that the moisture sensitive layer of ceramic matrix surface with gold electrode is a sinter composed of high-purity Si 55-95Mol%, Na2O2 0.1-30Mol%, CrO3 0.1-2.5Mol% and Ni2O3 0.1-15Mol% and its sintering temp. is 500 deg.C-750 deg.C. It has small volume, short time of response, quick removal of humidity, small humidity hysterisis and wide application. It may be used for monitoring the humidity variation caused by leakage of water storage container, pipeline and valve in nuclear power station or chemical works, and also for the prediction of over-humidity of grains or low-humidity of textile and chemical fiber products.
