Abstract:
     There is provided a making process for ceramic ultrafine powder for thermosensitive resistance with positive temp. coefficient. A stabilized reaction product of titanium tetrachloride and alcohols or a product decomposed with water is used to precipitately react with water-soluble barium salt, water-soluble strontium salt or water-soluble lead salt, a kind of water-solution comprised of ammonia water-ammonium oxalic and n-butanol. After filtering, stoving and pretiring, the ceramic ultrafine powder with following general formula is obtained: (Ba1-x-ySrxMy)(Ti1-2M'2)O'3 or (Ba1-x-y'Pbx'My')(Ti1-2'M'2')O3 (where: x,x'=0-100 mol%; y,y'=0-0.5 mol%; 2,2'=0-0.5 mol%; M denotes trivalent metalion La, Y, Nd etc.; M' is pentavalent metal iron Nb, Ta etc.).
