Abstract:
     The present invention relates to semiconductor ceramic material. The said material uses zinc oxide as main raw material, into which proper metal oxide as additive is added, and it is produced by means of ceramic technology. By varying additive and sintering process, voltage-sensitive resistors with different operation voltage from several volts to several KV may be produced. The product has performance parameters prior to other similar products.
