Abstract:
     The present invention provides the composition of composite thermistor and the making method thereof. Thereby the burning temperature can be lowered greatly (being 1120 deg.C-1200 deg.C, 0.5-6 hr.), cost lowered, meanwhile the multi function thermistor material with composite characteric of NTC, Ltype NTC and V-PTC can also be obtained.
