Abstract:
     The moisture-sensitive ceramic element for humidity sensor is prepared by adding additive such as C and Fe having pore-forming and protecting functions in general Zn-V-Li moisture-sensitive ceramic to increase number of pores and modify impurity components on grain surface. Its advantages include better moisture-measuring performance and long-term stability.
