Abstract:
     Such material of invention is using BaTio as main material, adding Pb(Li0.25 Nb0.75)O3, Li2CO3, MnO, SiO2 and Bi2O3. Grinding said material and making thin sheet coated with electrode, piling PTC sheet of odd number coated with electrode, at 1150-1350 deg.C burned become thermal-sensitive resistance. It also can mix polymer with electricity conducting particles, hot pressing into thin sheet, adhibiting Al foil as electrode, to make thermal-sensitive resistance.
