Abstract:
     The fill-sealing material consists of modified epoxy resin and rubber of thermo-set type. The main compsns. are the epoxy resin, copolmer of butadiene and acrylonitrile, and tertiary amine liquid. The modified epoxy resin is filled into the front and rear parts of the cable plug and the rubber of thermo-set type filled into the middle part, and then thermo-setted. The insulating resistance of cable plug thus prepared can be greater than 500 M ohm from begining to end, after a working period over 1.5 years in oil well and under the temp. 50-80 deg.C and pressure of 120 atm.
