Abstract:
     This invention is a device of measuring enamel-insulated wire solution-resisting agent by measn of pencil hardness method. It concerns special equipment of making conductor or cable. By means of the design method presented in this invention, the test error produced by manual operation may be eliminated so that an erronous judgement of product quality may be avoided. The experiment device consists of test probe, bed, drag plate, lift platform, power-driving system,timing system and alarm system. It is mainly used for examining the properties of solution-resisting agent of enamel-insulated wire by virtue of pencil hardness provided by the standard.
