Abstract:
     The invention is a transmission line, the upper conductor of which is a conductive cylinder opposed symmetrically to the groove of the lower conductor a large grooved plate. The groove width 2S may be determined by the given electric and geometric parameters. Additionally, resulting from the principles of the invention, there is a method to know whether the plate conductor is grooved and measuring the width of the groove, i.e. using a cylinder of given diameter as the upper conductor and the grooved plate as the lower conductor, the groove width is to be measured, to compose a transmission line, the groove width may be measured out by means of the given electric and geometric parameters.
