Abstract:
     This invention deals with a dielectric ceramic having a dielectric constant over 2400 by roasting a prepared base comprising dielectric oxides and ceramic flux at less than 1150 deg.C. The change of its dielectric constant is not more than 15% of the normal value over a wide temp. range. The composition of the dielectric (by wt.) is: barium titanate: 91.6-95.5%, niobium pentaoxide: 0.91-1.49%, cobalt oxide: 0.18-0.31%, bismuth trioxide: 1.04-1.87%, titanium dioxide 0.68-1.23%, lead oxide: 0.67-1.20%, boron oxide: 0.26-0.46%, zinc oxide 0.82-1.49% and manganese dioxide 0-0.11%.
