Abstract:
     By drilling in the center of pure Nb ingot mould to make single-core Cu/Nb composite extrusion pipe to replace Nb pipe, putting 3rd elements such as Mg or Ti etc on Cu layer inside the Cu/Nb extrusion pipe or at the same time on Sn-Cu alloy enriched in tin, and using multicore Cu/Nb composite pipe or Cu/Nb alloy to replace copper sieeve, the present invention had overcome the disadvantage of the method of enriching niobium pipe with tin, reduced the producing cost of Nb 3 Sn high field super-conduct composite line, and raised the critical characteristic and mechanical function of the super-conduct.
