Abstract:
     This kind of composite modifier used by the PVC cable is produced by both the simple chemical treatment and physical mixture technology. The compound of precrosslinking structural system is made by the above mentioned technology, that is, the inorganic filling material is alternatively activated by 2-3 kinds of coupling agents and acrylics (ACR), then is cladding-treated by the dimethylsilicone oil diluted by white oil, finally the remaining ACR is added to. The performances of processing, electricity and heat-resistance in the PVC cable are improved, and the results are achieved for the products to have smooth and flat appearance as well as cost reduction.
