| The present invention relates to an electronic-ceramic binder for film formation by flow and expansion. The said binder consists mainly of high polymer, solvent, plastifier and auxiliary agents. The high polymer used is polythene resin or polyacrylic resin. The solvent contains at least 1-2 kinds of ester, ketone, alcohol and water. The plastifier is ester. The auxiliary agents contain several kinds of additives with functions of lubricating, drawing of patterns, bubble-eliminating, dispersing and stick-making. The said binder has wide range of temp. and humidity for flow and expansion, no poison. After flow and expansion, the ceramic film has little contraction, high hardness and good appearance. The resulting ceramic film is dense homogenous and smooth. | |||
