Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a flexible cable with two layered protective sleeve for hydraulic observation and measurement. The said cable is used mainly for dam meters and instruments. The present invention is characterized by that the outer sleeve of the two layered sleeve is made of neoprene and the inner sleeve is made of chlorosulfonated polyethylene mixed with neoprene. With these constituents, the inner sleeve is fine in waterproof performance, flexible and durable against high hydraulic pressure. As the sleeve is made of rubber, the process is simple, cost is low and the life is long.
