     This invention presents a special purpose house-inlet cable for anti-electricity-stealing. It is used, cooperated with the other two devices (ie., an anti-electricity-stealing, single phase household KWH meter and an anti-electricity-stealing outdoor power-off box), to form a household power supply measuring system with anti-electricity-stealing function.
