| It is in electroresistant furnace by extending mechanism. In the upper part of cavity of the furnace is installed a heat radiating conic cover made of refractory materials, by which the temp. gradient over the liquid surface is reduced to 15-17 deg.C/cm, the temp. in the space existing of the crystal maintain above the curie paint, and the pt-Rh seed crystal rod is used instead ofthe Pt-seed crystal rod. Diameter of the extended monocrystal is 120-200 m/m, and the weight of which is 5-10kg. This method considerably increases the crystal growth efficiency and thus saves energy and labor. | |||
