Abstract:
     This invention is related to a polarization method for lithium tantalat (LT) crystal and its apparatus, and belongs to the after-treating technology of crystals. On conditions that polarizing temp. is at 610-630 deg.C and aluminium is used as electrode, multiple pieces of LT crystal can be simultaneously polarized. Its advantages are as follows: complete single-domain, simple technology, lower polarizing cost than that of original technology by one tenth and being suitable for industrial production in batches. The polarization method and its apparatus in the invention is also suitable for other crystals whose polarizing temp. is below 640 deg.C.
