| In general the Sb2O3 or Bi2O3 or silver is used as mixing and decolouring agent, but the large clear crystal can not be pulled. The invention used GeO2 as mixing material. When ZnO: WO3: G2O3 weight ratio is 1:1-X:X, X is between 0.5% and 0.1%; the pulling speed is between 1 and 3 m/h, rotation speed is between 20 and 30 r.p.m the large clear ZnWO4 monocrystal can be obtained. Its luminescence property is a little better than that of ZnWO4, energy resolution can achieve about 12.9%. | |||
