Abstract:
     The technology of this invention falls into the category of preparation of non-linear optical crystalline materials: This invention concerns a modified mineralizing agent which is applied to the hydrothermal method for growing KTP monocrystals. The said mincsalizing agent, which is favorable to lowering of both the temp. and the pressure necessary for the growth of KTP monocrystals, makes it possible to produce on domestically made equipment practically transparent and colorless KTP monocrystals as large as 7x15x17 mm3.
