Abstract:
     The chemical components (wt%) of the invented material are: Sm18.0-22.0 La(Ce)3.0-6.5 Cu6.0-12.0 Fe12.0-18.0 Zr1.0-3.0 TR1.0-3.0(TR: one or two kind of V, Mn and Ti) Co residue said invention adopts directional solidified method to make the magnetic body directly. After solution and aging treatments it can be used. Said material has excellent magnetic performance and good toughness. The magnetic body can be processed by cutting and drilling and cut with an internal cutting-off machine into slice with thickness of 0.2 mm only. It has widely applying prospects in industries of electron, communication, instrument, timepiece, etc., especially in the fields of military and high grade technology.
