Abstract:
     This invention features the use of magnetic field zone melting technique for the crystal after its normal sealing and smelting treating process. Crystal thus grown has a uniform distribution of material component and impurity, and increasing of binding energy of crystal. The lattice constant of crystal is less as compared with that of no magnetic field. The variation in energy band structure occurs. The materials of better property and strength are improved. Thus, the production rate of qualified cooling device and cooling efficiency are increased.
