Abstract:
     This invention discloses a method for preparing rare-earth oxide superconducting material with "123" phase structure. prefabricated powder without "123" phase is molten to generate "123" phase crystal with preferred orientation. Compared with other smelting texture methods, it has simple and easily controlled technology. Such "123" phase crystal features high compactibility, no micro crack and obvious crystal boundary, and having dispersively distributed Y2B1CuO5 phase particles to form active nail-hole center, so increasing the critical current density of superconductor.
