| In this invention, rare earth oxied Eu2O3 is mined into BGO crystal to improve irradiation damage of the crystal. For scattering particles of BGO crystal mixed with europium, the lightness, distinguishability of energy, out of light and homogenization are similar to pure crystal, if mixing quantity of europium is more, the fluorescence is attenuated to generate afterglow with 4mes time constant. | |||
