    An infrared baking oven includes two infrared ovens and a base, while the two infrared ovens are installed on both sides of the base with their faces perpendicular and face to face and baking space between them, the faces of the two infrared ovens are covered by guard screen, a baking frame is setting between the two faces, the base includes two supporting boards and oven frame with the two supporting boards respectively installed on both sides of the oven frame, the two infrared ovens are respectively installed the two supporting boards with regulator for regulating baking space between the supporting boards and oven frame, moving oil blocking boards are installed on sides of the supporting boards facing to the oven, the base has an enclosure with starter and regulator knob exposing the enclosure surface, and fixed oil blocking board with insulation cover covering the baking space is setting in the position of the enclosure corresponding the baking space. The utility model can prevent ingredient and oil on food to drop on the oven face, and it is convenient for cleaning and using.
